Open Faced Turkey Burger

Tired of the same old burger? Want something that tricks your taste buds but doesn't require lots of ingredients? If you are working the Fix or Max 30 nutrition plan than this recipe is FOR YOU!

Makes 1 serving

What you need:
7 oz 99% lean ground turkey
1 Tbs salsa
1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 medium tomato diced

What you need to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375 or fire up your grill (I used my George Foreman)
2. Hand mix turkey and salsa together Shape into patty
3.Cook for 6-8 min, flip over and cook for additional 6-8 min (patty will turn white)
4. Remove from heat, Place on shredded romaine. Top with tomato and spices of your choice
